Ordering and delivery

How much is shipping?

With rising fuel prices, courier has become very expensive. In fact we have seen a 40% increase between January and June 2022. That being said, on orders under R800 we charge R99 delivery. This is a flat rate. Please note that free delivery does not apply to promo deals, only full priced items.

Can I collect my order from you?

Unfortunately we do not offer collections, we do not have a retail space and cannot facilitate clients on site. That being said, if you prefer to collect feel free to order through Takealot, you can then collect from one of their many pick up points. You can find the Lumeo Pro Headlamp listing here.

Please make sure the listing has the Lumeo name on it, if it does not, it may be an imitation.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. If it is not, get in touch at zak@lumeo.co.za just in case there’s a problem with your order. 

When will my order arrive?

In general, shipping takes 2-5 working days to reach you once you have ordered. We use local couriers and once it is in their hands, it is for the most part out of our control as to where there will be a delay or not. That being said, we will always do our best to make sure you have your order as soon as possible, and will resolve any issues faced. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.  Once your order is shipped from our offices, you will automatically recieve the tracking details and the link to track your order. Please note, you will not recieve your tracking number in your order confirmation email, you will recieve a seperate email once the order has been shipped, but don't stress, we will send it to you!

Do You Deliver To Post Net?

We do not use Postnet as our preferred courier. If you are in an outlying area, we will discuss it with our courier partenrs and make arrangements to get your order to you.

Is The Lumeo Pro Headlamp on Takealot?

Please not that since Lumeo started operating in South Africa, some have tried to imitate our product with cheap variations. Please note that these are NOT Lumeo products. They are low quality variations, that do not live up to the quality of the Lumeo Pro Headlamp. They use cheap materials and mislead clients by advertising the same features. For example, The Lumeo Pro Headlamp contains a 1200 mAh Li-Po battery, while imitations will advertise this, but they actually contain a 500 mAh battery which will get you less than half the battery life and quickly degrade, unlike the Lumeo Pro Headlamp.

Don't be fooled, if it doesn't say Lumeo, it is NOT a Lumeo.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged by client, and contained in its original packaging with. If 30 days has passed, we may still accept the return, but the delivery fee will be subtracted from the refund amount, or paid by the client. We try our very best to make sure our clients are happy! Can I resell Lumeo products in my store?

If you would like to stock our product, please feel free to contact us on zak@lumeo.co.za and we will discuss our reselling options.

Do you offer wholesale?

For orders of 20 or less, you can purchase directly from the website. For orders of more than 20 you can get in contact with us on zak@lumeo.co.za and we can discuss wholesale pricing.
