Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Product Condition: Please note that we reserve the right to reject refunds or exchanges if the returned product is not in an acceptable condition.

Mistakenly Placed Orders: In cases where the order was mistakenly placed by the client, return shipping costs will not be covered by Lumeo.


Manufacturing Defects: We stand by the quality of our products. In addition to our returns policy, we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any manufacturing-related issues with your purchase within 6 months of receiving it, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective, within the 30 day timeframe.

For damaged or defective item, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed with 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
