This is a brilliant product (pardon the pun!). It is compact and robustly built which means it fits easily into a pocket but is solid enough to stand on a side-table. We use it for lighting around the house during load-shedding and can choose one of the two brightness settings, cool or warm light. The hook allows me to hook it on a cupboard handle where it illuminates the entire kitchen. In the bedroom/bathroom it stands upright on its own (we don't bother with the stand, but it is available if needed). When camping, it is a fabulous torch with a broad or focusable beam. The power size means you either enjoy around 8 hours of use or more, or can use it as a power pack to recharge e.g. a cellphone. Great price point. We have multiple of our own and have given multiple as gifts.

The head torch is wonderful, with the irritating load shedding it is is constant use. I find difficulty in finding the on/off button when it's on my head. I bought one for myself and 5 as gifts. I also bought the standing light. The advertisements show a circular base which was not included, Is this an extra? Also I need instructions on what to do with the magnet!

Dynamite really does come in small packages when it comes to this lantern. In the various lantern modes it easily lights up an entire room, the yellow (Warm) light also adds a nice atmosphere. The built in adjustable torch is just as amazing. This is the ultimate camping or outdoor light for lighting up the camp site and then walking somewhere with the torch. Will definitely be getting a bunch more of these.
